305 Severn I — House Rules

Welcome to our beach home. Please treat it with the same care you would give to your own property.

PARKING — There is an assigned parking space in the rear parking lot marked 305. Parking of house trailers or boats (or any vehicles other than passenger vehicles) is prohibited in our parking lots. Vans or trucks may be parked in rear lot only. Parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard.

NOISE — Please be considerate of neighbors, and adhere to Ocean City's Noise Ordinance. Musical instruments, radios, television, etc must not be operated at noise levels that disturb others.

PETS — Pets are not permitted inside the condo.

SMOKING — Smoking is not permitted inside the condo.

CLEANING — Our condo is professionally cleaned before each rental period. Please report any damage or other problems to us immediately at 717-627-0262 or 717-201-4577. Please keep our condo clean during your stay, using the broom, dustpan, and vacuum located in the rear bedroom closet. Before checkout, please tidy up, make beds, empty the trash containers, empty the dishwasher and put away dishes, and remove all food from the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.

LAUNDRY — A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience. Due to Ocean City's soft water, use only half the normal amount of laundry detergent. (The normal amount will cause the washer to overflow with suds.) Please limit washer use to smaller loads. Please wash large items such as towels, blankets, and bed linens at home.

TRASH — Please empty trash containers into the dumpster regularly.

PORCH — Condo association rules prohibit hanging anything (clothing, towels, beach blankets, etc) on porch railings — front or back. A collapsible drying rack is located in the rear bedroom closet and may be used on the porches. Please put away when not in use.

BIKES — Bicycles only may be stored on the front porch, but can not be secured to railings or walls. Bicycles and mopeds may not be stored in the stairwells or on the rear porch.

GRILLS — Grills, hibachis, or other containers for fires are not permitted on the property.

BEACH TOYS — Storage box on front porch contains beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board, etc for use by our guests. Please clean off sand and return items to the storage box before checkout so that they are ready for our next guest.

BLANKETS — Please don't use our blankets or bedspreads on the beach.

REFRIGERATOR — Please do not change temperature settings in the refrigerator or freezer.

CHECKOUT — Checkout time is 10:00 am. At checkout, please close and lock all windows & doors, and return keys promptly.
