Bedroom layouts include four double beds, as follows: The front bedroom has a full (double) bed, one rear bedroom has a full (double) bed, and the second rear bedroom has two full (double) beds. Both rear bedrooms have private entrances to the rear porch, parking, and outside shower at the back of the building.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated, including new ceramic wall tile.
